This is just a survey, and does not obligate you or your family but simply represents your desire to commit to joining the YMCA if they renovate the facility. The YMCA would really like to know how much support there is in the area. Residences throughout Mission Viejo (all areas) are encouraged to participate. This could greatly affect the YMCA's decision on purchasing the center. |

We are asking all residents in
the Mission Viejo community at large to take part in this
simple survey by indicating your interest in joining the YMCA should they
acquire our former recreation center facility (formerly known as the Heartwood
Athletic Club). The YMCA
currently has many monthly membership levels: Youth (ages 10 -18): $23; Young
Adults (ages 19-24) $40; Adult (ages 24- 59): $54; Family $80; One Parent
Family: $69; Senior Adult (ages 60+) $42; and Senior Family (60+) at $61.
