The Mission Viejo Homeowners' Association is a voluntary non-profit corporation formed in 1975. The purpose of which is to advance the interests of the Mission Viejo community through enforcement of restrictive covenants, and by initiating, promoting and improving all matters of mutual interest in Mission Viejo. Membership is limited to residents and owners of the Mission Viejo subdivision. While membership dues are voluntary, compliance with the covenants is mandatory for all residents and owners within Mission Viejo. |
