Covenant Amendment/Mandatory Dues Court Case:

The Hersel et al. vs. Mission Viejo HOA et al. court case which nullified our amendments to the covenants for mandatory dues and lifted all outstanding liens related to mandatory dues was closed on December 15, 2003.
