Introduction

The Mission Viejo Homeowners Association Inc. (HOA) is dedicated to protecting homeowner’s privacy. Your e-mail address and any personal information provided to the Mission Viejo HOA or any of its agents or representatives will never be released to any third party or interest group without full membership approval and/or court order. Our policy applies solely to information collected through and given to the Mission Viejo Homeowners' Association, Inc.'s  web site.  

Part I. Information Collection

We collect voluntary information through membership information forms filled out and returned via traditional mail to us. We also collect e-mail and voluntary address information through our e-mailing list feature. This information is used by the Mission Viejo HOA to update our e-mail and address database.

We do not employ cookies for the the main web site pages, however in order for residents to pay their dues on-line through PayPal the web page "Pay Dues On-Line" must have cookies enabled in order to process payment. 

Part II. Information Usage

The information collected by The Mission Viejo Homeowners' Association, Inc. will be used for periodic notification of meetings, special events and a neighborhood newsletter distribution. 

We offer links to other neighborhood Web sites. Please note: When you click on links to other Web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies. Their standards may differ from ours.
